The standard dimensions of the module are 2.5 x 5 x 3 meters, but other sizes and configurations are also available.
The technology employs a timber frame using KVH wood and CLT panels (cross-laminated timber), meeting all the standards and requirements of building regulations, with steel elements of the structure protected against corrosion.
The external appearance can be customized to client specifications using a variety of facade materials.
Factory-installed equipment includes electrical and plumbing installations, lighting, heating, and air conditioning systems, all prepared before delivery to the construction site.
