Prefabricated office buildings

Prefabricated office buildings leverage offsite technology to significantly reduce construction timelines and ensure full flexibility from the selection of interior fittings to facade detailing. Our advanced modular office system also supports easy disassembly and relocation, offering versatile solutions for architectural space adaptation and creative redesign. This approach not only streamlines the construction of modern office buildings but also enhances operational efficiency and sustainability in commercial real estate development.

The advantages of prefabricated office buildings

  • The standard dimensions of the module are 2.5 x 5 x 3 meters, but other sizes and configurations are also available.

  • The technology employs a timber frame using KVH wood and CLT panels (cross-laminated timber), meeting all the standards and requirements of building regulations, with steel elements of the structure protected against corrosion.

  • The external appearance can be customized to client specifications using a variety of facade materials.

  • Factory-installed equipment includes electrical and plumbing installations, lighting, heating, and air conditioning systems, all prepared before delivery to the construction site.
